步入社会工作后并投身香港酒店业后，曾效力于香港国际5星级酒店如香格里拉和丽晶酒店，初始其间在订房部工作，其后逐渐提升为前厅部副经理。
由于高瞻远见，于1989年转投身入中国酒店业服务并于数年间受到企业赏识被提升至总经理之要职。他一直视酒店业为个人终身事业，在中国工作其间也组成酒店顾问公司并为数间中国著名酒店贡献顾问服务并取得优良业绩。而现职于广东省肇庆市之“星湖明珠大酒店”总经理之职。
