于1986年5月～2000年10月在深圳市雅芳婷实业有限公司总经办任高层管理，负责整个公司的生产运作；2004年05月得东莞市慕思寝室用品有限公司王总赏爱，受任至今。任职期间负责整个公司的生产管理，并获得东莞市质量专家称号，2011年荣升全国家具标准化技术委员会会员。拥有20多年的管理经验，尤其对纺织和床垫生产管理更是独树一帜。
In May 1986 - October 2000, he was senior management staff in General Manager Office of Shenzhen A－Fontane Industrial Co., Ltd., responsible for production and operation of the whole company. In May 2004, he worked for Dongguan Derucci Bedding Products Co. Ltd, responsible for production and management of the whole company, receiving a title of “Dongguan Quality Expert”. In 2011, he was promoted to be a member of the National Furniture Standardization Technology Committee. He has 20 years of management experience, especially unique in production and management of textile and mattress.
